We offer:
Site Maintenance
Factory-certified service engineers will perform maintenance per the manufacturer's prescribed schedules and procedures to service, test, and calibrate your devices. Provide a Certificate upon completion. Site visit reports schedule the work completed, faults found, and recommendations.
Site Repair
Factory-certified service engineers will come to your site and perform repairs to your devices on-site (where possible) as per the factory-prescribed procedures using only genuine parts. Minor device adjustments are carried out at no additional charge to you. Site visit repair reports indicating the work done, faults found, and recommendations/quotes are presented to standardise the units back to normal operating standards.
Technical Support
Factory-certified service engineers are available for all your technical support, providing you with a response remotely via e-mail, the WhatsApp social media platform, and even via Team Viewer. Where matters are beyond our scope, Tech support is obtained from the Factory and relayed to you.
